"自分の場合、死ぬことが目標だったので、こんな計画だった。
１．生活をだんだん縮小して
２．最後に業者を呼んで大物を処分して
３．部屋も引き払って
４．ひっそり逝く

生活を縮小するので、使わないもの、いらないものから捨てはじめる
→部屋の隅とか普段目に付かないところを、まんべんなく片付けて掃除してしまった
→勢いで生活スペースも掃除してしまってた

片付け終わるまでは健康でいなければならないので、健康に気を遣ってしまった。
どうせなら多少は綺麗な姿で死にたいので、身だしなみにもかなり気を遣ってしまった。

死ぬことが前提だったから、すごく穏やかな気持ちで、いつも笑ってた。
欲も全然なかったし、人間関係もためらいなく整理できた。

そしたらモリモリ運が良くなってしまって、現在に至る・・・
このスレを読んで、捨てて掃除したのは、物じゃなくて自分自身なのかもなあと考える今日この頃。"
